Sharpening system KMFS RIVAL MOA21
The KMFS Rival MOA21 Sharpening Kit is a brand NEW sharpening kit developed in 2021. All parts made of duralumin are milled from ERGAL ENAW 7075 T651 with a solid black elbow coating, partially floatingšs natural elbow cross. The trapezoidal lead screw bronze bush and lead rod segments are made of CuSn8 bronze, the partially floating spider cam and the precision independent angle adjustable lead nut insert/outside are made of CuSn7Zn4Pb7 bronze. Can automatically clamp knife blades up to 7 mm thick.

The main features of the KMFS RIVAL MOA21:
Fully CNC machined from a single block of material for maximum rigidity and durability. The MOA21 body is a one-piece construction from a single piece of 7075 T651 ERGAL. In this case, all movement is contained to ensure maximum rigidity, precision and durability.
Patented clamping mechanism, unique in the world of design - just turning the clamping wheel automatically adjusts: clamping to the thickness of the blade, locks the &scaron position and fixes the knife blade using the double transmission system via the exponential craft multiplier.
The fixing wheels are milled from solid ERGAL 7075 T651 block for maximum strength and precision and are precisely mounted on a stainless steel axle.
Precision angle adjustment in 3 mm increments on stainless steel bolt TR10, with patented fine adjustment capability on each side independently and automatic zero function in the deflection position.
Connected angle adjustment system for both pots.
No additional tools are required to clamp the knife for either angle adjustment.
The spiral travel of the lead nuts on the trapezoidal bolt prevents a higher edge at the end of the blade.
